Kayan Phase 2 is Imkan Properties’ second villa release in AlJurf Gardens, launched after Phase One sold out in under three days. The collection offers 4 and 5-bedroom villas in two architectural styles — Rawya, with sharp contemporary lines and natural stone, and Rihal, blending Arabian heritage forms with modern interiors — from AED 4.7 million, with handover anticipated in Q1 2026.
