Nawayef West is the western hill of Modon’s Nawayef district on Hudayriyat Island, where the Heights collection offers five to seven-bedroom-plus residences from AED 20 million on a 10/30/60 plan, with first handovers from Q4 2026.

Nawayef is built on hills rising to around 55 metres — unique topography for Abu Dhabi — with architecture inspired by Newport Hills, California and panoramic views over the Arabian Gulf and the city skyline. Main construction contracts for Nawayef East and West, worth AED 5 billion, were awarded in December 2025.
