Bayn by Ora is a new waterfront community on the Ghantoot coast, positioned almost exactly between Abu Dhabi and Dubai. The launch collection of three to six bedroom villas, priced from AED 6.8 million, places private-marina and beachfront living at the centre of a fully walkable masterplan.
