The entry price is the draw. A branded, freehold one-bedroom from AED 1.9M is low for a name like Missoni, and a 5/35/60 plan keeps most of the cash out until handover.
On the listed starting prices the apartments work out at roughly AED 2,200 to 2,900 per sq ft, with the one-bedroom and four-bedroom at the top of that range. That assumes each starting price belongs to the layout size quoted, which we will check against the price list.
Reem Island has a deep resale and rental market, so exit and letting are easier to underwrite here than on newer islands. Supply is the risk to price: several towers are launching close together. Speak to our advisory team before you reserve.
