Malaga is the eleventh and final premium villa phase of Bloom Living, Bloom Holding’s 2.2 million sq m Mediterranean-inspired community in Zayed City. Launched in October 2025, the release offers three to six-bedroom villas from 2,734 to over 5,500 sq ft, with completion scheduled for Q4 2028.

Three and four-bedroom layouts sold out at launch; remaining five and six-bedroom villas start from AED 8.7 million. Homes follow the community’s Spanish architectural language — terracotta roofs, arched windows, courtyards and lake-facing terraces.

Bloom Living is a designated investment zone open to all nationalities, nine minutes from Zayed International Airport, with international schools, a clubhouse, pools and a central lake already taking shape — earlier phases Cordoba and Toledo handed over ahead of schedule.
