Seef Al Jubail is one of six villages on Al Jubail Island, Jubail Island Investment Company’s low-density masterplan set among protected mangroves between Yas and Saadiyat Islands. The village offers five and six-bedroom waterfront villas from AED 14 million, with handover scheduled for Q3 2027.

Villas reach over 16,000 sq ft on generous plots, many with direct water frontage and private beach access — a product type that simply does not exist on Abu Dhabi’s high-rise islands, and one of the reasons Jubail recorded around 40% price growth in the past year.
