Tara Park Phase 2 follows Modon’s sell-out first phase — six towers of 834 apartments connected to Reem Mall that took around AED 2 billion in early 2026. One to three-bedroom apartments start from AED 1.68 million, with completion set for April 2030.

The payment plan is built for cash flow: 5% on booking followed by 5% instalments every six months — roughly 10% per year during construction — and 60% on completion, one of the gentlest structures currently offered on Al Reem Island.

One-bedroom homes run from about 871 sq ft and three-bedrooms to over 2,500 sq ft, all beside Reem Mall, Reem Central Park and the island’s metro of schools, clinics and cafes.
