Wadeem Gardens, Hudayriyat Island, Waterfront Villas

Wadeem Gardens is a forthcoming waterfront villa community on Hudayriyat Island, Abu Dhabi's dedicated sports and leisure island. Four to six bedroom villas line a 2.3 km community spine that links an arena, six clubhouses, an office park and healthcare centres, with two international schools and cinemas along the waterfront promenade. Hudayriyat has become the capital's lifestyle frontier, home to Cycling Lane, Surf Abu Dhabi's artificial wave, a marina and beach clubs, and Wadeem Gardens extends that energy into a permanent residential address. Handover is planned for Q2 2031. With land on the island scarce and demand rising, early registration is advised for this long-horizon waterfront play.
